"Old, dirty, poorly maintained building. Hardly any patients in the ER yet we've been sitting listening to the staff laugh and joke as if they have nothing better to do for hours now. Staff hollering down hallways. The nurse that administered my partners Tetanus shot wound up like a fastball pitcher and jabbed her in the arm like she was playing Punch Put on The Price is Right. Last visit to this E.R. Bet."

"I had to come here due to an injury. The emergency room specifically. I had 2 broken bones. While I am satisfied with a few staff members who attended me, I am rather extremely dissatisfied with the doctor and facility as a whole who completely took advantage of my insurance policy, gouged and overcharged me in pricing for the services that took place only for 4 hours during my visit. The reality is that this facility is nothing more than a business. Most of the hospitals and pharmaceutical companies are. Profits, greed and money over patients is what it’s all about. Let me explain. An emergency visit, with a ct scan, and x ray, and some morphine, Union Medical Center charged me $20,000 dollars. They are in the middle of nowhere and so since they probably don’t have many customers, they wanted to gouge me as hard as they could. The truth also is, insurance companies and the medical centers battle out what they are willing to pay. This facility jacked the prices and maxed them out the the highest they could. I went the next day to the emergency room at another center for the same thing except the cat scan and my bill was $1300. There is a good reason why people let these bills go to collections because if there is one accident in life you are completely screwed! Several members of this faculty will hunt to exploit the policies , insurance companies for their benefit. Luckily I will be able to pay this, but for the majority population, your company is taking pride and issuing reckless practices to take advantage of the broken health care costs and system. You are corrupt and will reap what you sow. Who ever is reading this, if you can sleep at night and say this review was true, but do nothing different about it, it’s because you are DEAD in spirit and NUMB to the truth. You don’t treat patients as units of production and gouge them for your benefit! Look up my bill! You treated me as if I had open heart surgery or stayed 3-4 nights. My wife’s delivery of our newborn baby was less than this and she stayed overnight! I don’t need an apology. What I need is the owner to get right with his or hers practices and reevaluate my bill. This is not an exaggeration. I am a reasonable person. There is a reason also this facility has a 2 star review! Trash customer service and you know it!"

"Our mother has been sent here several times from a local nursing facility. She has received excellent care in the emergency room and also upstairs when she was admitted. I have been very pleased with the attentiveness of the nursing staff. Thank you for taking care of our mother ❤️"

"***Updated*** I have a mixed review for this Medical center. For Outpatient procedures they are teriffic but their ER needs work! I went there for an Outpatient MRI. Registration was a breeze because I used their online website MyChart to do "E-check in". Reception was very friendly and thorough. The MRI technicians explained the procedure thoroughly. I got to wear headphones and listen to music during what is a fairly loud procedure. The technicians went out of their way to assure my comfort several times during the procedure. It is a fairly closed- in and warm experience but they kept me comfortable. Once finished I left with a very positive feeling about the Union Medical Center. ***Update**** But the Emergency Room is not quite as good. I went and didn't have anyone ahead of me so it was pretty good about the wait time to see a Dr. But I was there twice, and both times they mis-diagnosed me. When I went to a follow up with my PCP I was given an *entirely* different treatment plan."
