"I have brought my kids here for a couple of years, today I experienced an injustice. Today, they advised that my service dog was not allowed in their facility, told me he had to be put in car during childs care. Then proceeded to ask for proof; which I had, when I advised it was illegal to tell me these things. He is certified and has a registered number and card. Only after this was I allowed to remain in the waiting area while they took my daughter to the back. When I called to make a formal complaint, they transferred me to make the complaint with the manager I had already addressed in the facility. I will be pulling my children from their care as they do NOT honor ADA laws. The breed of dog, is irrelevant when it comes to Service Animals."

"Love it! This was the best Dr visit I've had in years. Instead of a busy bustling office with lots of people waiting, I was the only one there. The atmosphere wasn't full of stress, like a typical dr's office. The girl behind the counter... get this... was actually friendly! In most dr's offices the office staff act like you're just one more cog in their wheel that they have to deal with. Here, the attention was personal, and pleasant. The lab girl was very nice and made my lab testing as easy as possible, and I'm a huge needle-phobe. She wasn't put-off by my anxiety. Dr. Hennessy was excellent. He spent as much time as necessary. He listens. He took time to explain everything. He seemed to care about my health and my experience moving forward. I plan to make this practice my permanent family doctor! So thankful that I found this place. Kudos to all the staff here. Keep up the excellent work, team!"

"I already have anxiety going to hospitals and doctors but I went anyway. The “medical Dr or examiner” was very dismissive. All he did was sit on in the chair and talk about how thyroid is mostly in women because they’re not like men and overthink everything. I mentioned about my weight and he legit said because I was used to my hyperthyroidism that I’m probably eating the same way. I am far from that which is why I was asking about it. He pretty much told me to eliminate everything, might as well eat air. Also not only was he rude but prescribed me a medication that interacts with the medication I have to take for my heart. Legit left the office holding back tears."

"Was referred over here by another doctor to have a procedure done. The provider at Regenesis (aka the beefcake with a god complex) not only refused me the procedure, he was completely dismissive, inattentive, and uninformed. He spent less than 10 minutes in the room--a majority of the time spent talking over me and not listening to why I was there. Within this 10 minute time-frame he made sure to mention that women can't shut their minds up to sleep, that ocular migraines do not exist, and that something I was having trouble with "really wasn't that hard." He then decided I was just stressed, prescribed me an anxiety medication that I never asked for (mind you this has nothing to do with what I initially came in for), and then sent me on my way. This was the most insulting interaction I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing at a doctor's office."

"New patient just trying to schedule an appointment and WOW!!!!! The rep who took the call was extremely rude! Shes just on the phone taking calls and scheduling appointments I dont believeshe has to deal with patients so why the attitude. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. Is this who they let represent their company? She tisk at me, exhaled loudly after I informed her Id like to make a appointment as a new patient. Then cuts me off as I spoke and asked questions and rudely replied her response. And as we were scheduling the date and time and had already confirm it she then says you have to reschedule it cause its already taken. So it gets moved a week further away. I just canceled my appointment and found a new doctor."
