"Absolutely great staff from the administrative staff to the classroom teachers. Everyone is so knowledgeable and kind. I never have a doubt when I leave my son that he is well taken care of and well loved. They are also really good at communicating with the parents throughout the day further putting my mind at ease! Highly recommend"
"My children have been going here since the infant room and they have always had positive experiences. These ladies work hard to make sure they are providing good care. I really like the fact they don’t allow screen time in any of the classes."
"I hate to give this daycare a 2 of out 5, but I’ve seen it go downhill. My children have been enrolled here since we moved here in 2022. We pulled them both out July 2023. When my kids starting going there (2 yr old room and infant room) we were happy and pleased with the level of care. I will say the 2 yr old room seemed very crowded and that they had too many kids but I know this area has so many kids that I figured it was like that everywhere. When my daughter moved to the 3 yr old room I fell in love with her teachers but the structure was no where to be found. She wasn’t learning, and her ‘art projects’ were very easy and below what a 3 yr old should be doing. I pushed away my hesitation and my second thoughts about her class and told myself that she was having a good time at school. Then my son moved into the 1s room. Boy oh boy. I felt extreme parent guilt. In the course of 9 months (Sept-June) he went through 3-4 sets of teachers. I didn’t know ANY of their names. We would go to pick him up and he was wearing other children’s clothes. He had full poop diapers most of the days we would pick him up. The teachers would be laying on the ground letting kids walk on them, the tables were pushed against the walls and all the kids were crying. The teachers would laugh it off and say things like ‘oh, we were changing him and another kid at the same time, we must have switched the clothes’ (both times this happened he was in girl clothes…) and they were clueless when the last time was they changed him. Claiming ‘oh he just popped’ knowing full well we had to scrape that poop off him when we got out to the car. He had a diaper rash Monday-Friday and not on the weekends. Shocked? We weren’t. We have moved both of our kids to a new daycare and my son has had zero diaper issues, has been clean when we’ve picked him up, and he’s happy. He doesn’t cry when we drop him off now. My daughter enjoys learning at her new daycare and is excited to tell us about her letters and numbers (things she was not taught at Cornerstone). I wanted to like this facility.. but I’m sad to say it isn’t held to a standard. The amount of mom guilt I had the last couple months there was so heavy on my heart and I’m so happy and relieved that they are no longer at this facility."
"New ownership/administration came in about a year ago. Since then they’ve cleaned house of all the good teachers due to what I’ve been told are petty disagreements. The teachers they’ve hired to fill their place are under qualified at best. My daughter got in to state funded pre-somewhere else and we immediately started looking for a new daycare for our son. On TWO separate occasions my child was wearing another kids clothes because “the kids mixed them up”. They used our diapers and wipes incredibly frivolously. Teachers would often times be laying down when I picked them up and our son had a bad diaper rash that hasn’t been a problem since we’ve left. Don’t send your kids here if you can help it."
"If I could give it a zero, I would. The practices that go on behind closed doors are rupugnent, bottle propping, babies with bibs on in cribs, no training for people that have absolutely no clue what childcare is and absolute disregard for State policies. Prayers for your children if they are there. Wouldn't recommend this place for my pet let alone my child. Reported weekly on State violations and nothing was done! Keep your children safe and as way from this place!"
