Reviews
"Rude employees. Don't take accountability for their actions. Have a niece who was constantly bite and my family was ignored and not given any help. Bites persisted and nothing was done, victim is punished along with the parents. Wish I could give no stars for review."
"Just called to get information and had two questions. I was interrupted twice with both questions. Not friendly at all, so I wouldn’t trust my child there."
"I'm not the type to write reviews but in my heart I feel like I have to write one for the experience my family had here. This daycare lack professionalism and I am big on professionalism. The first couple of weeks I notice the lack of professionalism with staff and supervisors but kinda brushed it off. It wasn't until an incident that happen between the director assistance and my oldest. They call her Ms. V. She comes in at noon till closes. I will not disclose details on what happen but it was something against policy. It happen in the front lobby where no cameras was present. Thank God my daughter was present when the incident occurred because it would have been my son word against hers. They had to interview both of my kids separately (on video). After a couple of days of investigation, they were able to put cameras in the front lobby and placed a file against her. This lady is so rude its unbelievable and I do not understand how she is there for so long. After that incident it got worse. I would get calls every other day over pity things. I felt like my kids was being mistreated because we made a big deal about the incident. I had to speak with the owner about everything because the main director would only take up for her staff instead of seeing both sides. The owner was very pleasant and made me feel at ease. However, we still pulled our kids out of this daycare a couple of weeks ago. Now they attend a new one and just by the first week I can see a HUGE difference. Another thing I didn't like about this daycare is that the older kids have to provide their own lunch. And from my understanding from just speaking around with other directors from other daycares that they should not have the kids do that due to allergy reasons. Which It make sense because my youngest son is allergic to certain food. He is only 4yrs of age, so another child could easily give him something that he is allergic to without knowing. I really wanted to rate this as 1 star. But they do have a few good staff. Mrs. Mary, Mrs. Cassandra and Mrs. Leslie. Its very evident that they care for the kids and have their best interest at heart. I've heard that the infant staff were great as well."
"My son started in Ms. Sylvia's room when he was 8 months old. It took him a little bit to get adjusted but he absolutely loves it there. When we tell him it is time to go in the morning he gets a huge smile, runs to the kitchen, and grabs his bag. When we pick him up he does not want to leave! All the teachers know his name and say hello and good bye as he leaves. The staff is wonderful and I know my son is well taken care of when he is there. We have been there for 8 months and never had an issue."
"Ms. Josephine is a wonderful teacher ! :) My child has me play “teacher” where I have to listen and follow directions . My child also talks extensively about themes learned in school , including George Washington and Abraham Lincoln."
