"I came to the Rockaway branch to apply for a loan. I spoke with Nahla. The first thing I noticed was a smile a very friendly hello how can I help you. Ipon speaking with she is very knowledgeable about all types of loans and helped me to understand the differences and how they would work. I asked a lot of questions and she didn’t hesitate to answer or have to speak with anyone else. I have been a long customer of the credit union and people like Nahla is the reason why. "Not pleased with what happened this Monday the 12th. Picatinny said they were doing renovations and my mom and I had hundreds of dollars in our accounts before these renovations now after the renovations there is no money in our accounts. Picatinny owes us an explanation and needs to get us our money back because we have bills to pay. Picatinny didn't contact us about these missing funds so we have to contact them when the open again tomorrow. Not pleased with their service right now."
"Tammera is very rude and few of her co-workers at the Mt. Olive Branch. I have went in the bank to file a dispute about funds take out of my account from a scam website. I was told by Tammera a temporary credit will be posted to my account while the dispute is being reviewed. After a few days of not seeing this credit, I called and someone at the Rockaway branch she doesn't see a dispute on the account and will look into it. I received no call back. I called the next day and of course I get Tammera and she advised that my paperwork is no longer valid as they needed additional information from me and I have to come back to fill out another dispute form. Asked why I didn't get a call regarding this and she couldn't even explain why. Kept trying to disconnect the call from me while I was still asking questions and then on my last question, she hangs up. I called back to get another rude person at the Mt Olive branch. Colleen won't help, even though I took the necessary steps. This branch is horrible!"
"One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had with "Maria A." who is supposedly a manager here. She was very adversarial on the call. Not sure why you'd treat a customer like that. Was told there is a simple solution to my issue and that we were talking for 16 minutes. Not sure why she'd mention the time of our call, other than her time is more important than helping me understand the problem and my solutions. Obviously I'm upset over the fee on my account which I wasn't expecting. Having to speak to someone who was rude and dismissive of my concerns is not what I want from my banking representatives. Probably should teach a more empathetic approach, Picattiny. Being told "you should be more responsible with your funds" is just rude, irrelevant. and not helpful."
