"Our child attended this preschool in 2021-2022. Our experience was mixed as we found some staff really cared and others not so much . It seems as they expect children to be 100% on their best behavior not understanding children will be children and not understanding or willing to work with families whose children have special needs . They don’t seem to invest anything financially back into the classrooms or outdoor areas and staff turnover seems to be high . I was happy with the summer camp program but that was only because of the staff who made it as engaging and fun as they could . My child not in summer camp was treated so poorly that we pulled him out and later found he was diagnosed with autism and developmental delays that were being treated as though he was just defiant and “bad”. It’s been over a year and the bad experiences at HCA still weigh heavily on my heart ."

"Holy Cross Academy has my highest trust and recommendation. The staff and directors at this facility helped me have full confidence in my decision to enroll my children at this school. My children come home telling me stories upon stories of the adventures they encountered, the meals they ate, and the friends that made them laugh-and ask me when they can go back. “Tomorrow ”, and their response…” tomorroowww?!?!” , as it’s the longest time frame in history. There is no delay in communication between staff and family and they keep the parents engaged in the curriculum at each class level. Daycare is a tough decision for any parent, - but I know in my household, this location is the right decision and my children are in the best care. If you are looking around for childcare, I highly recommend contacting them to start the conversation."

"Hands down, HCA is one of the BEST childcare facilities in Greenville County. I know without a doubt my daughter is having a wonderful time, is safe and well cared for. We have been to a few different facilities but none of them come close to HCA. Attention to detail and creativity will have your child excited about school/daycare every single day. The director is very friendly and knows each child at her center. I recommend this facility 100%"
