Woodruff Elementary School

"My daughter just finished 5th grade at Woodruff Elementary. This was our first year in this district and it was ok. The teachers she had where nice and the lady at they front desk was helpful but if for any reason you have to go in the office to ask something forget it. They hardly even notice your there and rush you out when they do. The communication between the school and home is awful. We receive announcements for school activities, awards, family days, and some field trips only a few days before hand. It makes it nearly imposable for family members whom work to come, or to be able to save any money needed. The bullying at this school is terrible as well. We have only had trouble with bullying at one other school. That school intervened quickly and had both girls meet with the school councilor until the problem had been worked through. Woodruff just ignores it and hopes it will go away. Over all the school is ok. Could be better could be worse."
