"Words can not express how much this school has changed my life for the better. When I came into CTC in third grade, I was an awkward child with no friends, and not much ambition even though I read more and perhaps learned better than my classmates at my former school. I finally felt like a had found a home, a place to fit in. A place where no one was going to make fun of me for not enjoying sports or "reading too much". I have met some of the best friends I have ever made, and possibly some of the best I ever will. After graduating from Eighth Grade in 2017, I am infinitely more confident, knowledgeable, and gregarious, and I would like to think that I am much more compassionate. Almost all of the teachers are amazing at their jobs, and it's clear that they care very deeply about all their students learning knowledge and what to do with that knowledge. Signing up to go to CTC was undoubtedly the best descision I have ever made in my life, and although leaving my school that I was familiar with sounded uncomfortable, I knew by the first week of third grade that I could not have made a better choice. For the rest of my life, I will remember CTC fondly as the first place where I had true friends and fit in with a community. Thank you to all the teachers and students at CTC for making the best experience possible for gifted students. If you are considering sending your child to this school, and they are bored in their classes and never truly fit into their school, they will find an accepting community and a fast-paced, fascinating curriculum. They will be changed from the inside-out. Sorry for the rant, I'm pretty passionate about this school ;-)"
