"Today was absolutely disgusting after hearing how Susan the billing department associate was literally so so disrespectful in regards to trying to figure out a billing issue for me. she had no idea that I was actually listening in on the call from the healthcare provider as they called to figure out a particular date of service. Susan was very short patient, she was very disgusting in her attitude, it was to the point I heard the healthcare representative telling her that she did not have to raise her voice and that she could speak with her with decency and respect and that went in one ear and out the other dealing with Susan. Instead of Susan handling the situation like a professional where we could get down to the issue she handle it as if it was something very personal towards her. Only thing in this office that is good is Dr Cook and her assistant Mrs Norma ..."

"I had an appointment this morning for my 4th removal and insertion of Nexplanon with your office. I filled out your online forms a week before my appointment with all the accurate information. I CHANGED MY INSURANCE WITH IMAGES through your online forms and was assured that I was ready for my appointment today and to be ready for my new copay. I walked into the office this morning and no one had received this information. I understand that there are protocols with authorization, as I work in healthcare. However, don’t waste my time with bulls*** forms, if no one in the office is going to look at them and upload the proper information. Now I’ve taken a day off of work. I’ve been turned away for a doctor's appointment for something I consider very important because y’all dropped the ball. Very sad. I am not impressed and will be switching facilities. I don’t have time to have my time wasted. Or for severe incompetence."
