"Great place helpful people,If I had lots of money would definitely give to the humane society."
"I had to get my healthy dog neutered and I had all his vax before (including rabies), and I showed them all documents and gave the copies. I go to pick him up and they gave him rabies vax anyway!!!!! They had my papers saying he already had, the vet and or assistants didn't even care!!!! 2 years later still paying tons of vet bills, he has addisions disease now and it's from having double back to back vaxs. I have 3 vets that confirmed what I thought. They do not need to jst vax without looking to make sure they already had it. My dog almost died, it has been an absolute nightmare. I would never recommend them, such negligence and I'm sure they do not give 2 cents! I promise they would care if it was their fur baby! Shame on them"
"Went on Facebook for an appointment for neutering. Got an appointment fast. Paid 80$ for a male puppy. When you get there in the mornings it's a huge cluster of people everywhere. No since of directions, had to ask other individuals about what to do. Finally figured out to get a clip board fill it out and take it to the front desk. Shes not to talkative except the time for pick up time. There was only one lady taking the animals back one by one. She was very caring and talkative with more information. I will return again"
"They did great with my male pup during his neuter. Only issue I had was they don’t have cones, which I offered to play extra for. Some staff members weren’t very friendly when I first got there to drop my pup off. I asked several times to purchase pain medication since I live an hour away, and didn’t want to have to make an additional two hour roundtrip. Granted, they did eventually let me get some but had to make an additional trip, which was a little crazy. Even the low cost clinics in our area allow you to purchase pain medication at the time of the surgery."
"They know so much about the animals and can help u with even wild animals like my squrille that i rescued and talked me though it to keep it alive thanks"
