"Will never return to this imaging center. Incompetent staff. Was there 11 years ago, same issue, thought I would try again. Wish I did not have to leave a star! Still having issues a month later."
"I had a very horrific experience with what was supposed to be a virtually painless procedure. My ultrasound technician Shannan Bendig was lovely. She helped prep me for the procedure and was very kind while doing so. She tried to prepare me for the Radiologist whom she best described as "particular "and "picky". I was not prepared for his abruptness nor lack of bedside manner. Dr. William Jackson came in quickly, was short with me and his assisting staff. I was supposed to receive lidocaine prior to my biopsy and I can only assume in his haste that he stuck me and never actually administered any medication. He announced "stick and burn" but I never felt the burn. Just as quickly as he removed the needle, he quickly began the process of biopsies by jabbing 4 long needles into my neck to obtain sufficient samples for pathology to use. He did not ask if I was numb, if I was ok or anything of that nature. I felt every agonizing push, rotate, and swivel of the needles as I watched them pierce the nodule being biopsied. When it was over I asked to see the slides being prepared because of my science background. He was dismissive of me and that furthered my anger. He left the room in a hurry as if performing this procedure had inconvenienced him in some way. I've never felt so small and violated in all my life. Tear rolled down my face as Shannen tried to comfort me. At this point I was hurting a little but I was more furious than hurt. How could anyone in a position to help people be so callous and cold? I will never allow him to do anything on me or for me."
"Noel was very rude to my this morning. I was told that I needed to hurry up because she needed to get her test started. I am sorry but I am the patient paying for my test I think I will not be hurried along. Not great for the public perception... Rude staff no longer will go there for imaging. Not only once but twice told you hurry up that she needed to begin the test."
