"I find making an appointment does not matter. I sat for over 30 minutes while they called walkins that came in after and were on the screen after me as a W or walk-in. It doesn't seem like it is the proper way to handle those who make appointments in advance."

"I had a really bad Uti caused by a kidney stone... went on Friday to get urine test done to clear it up so that I can reschedule my surgery to get kidney stone removed... didn't get the results until the end of the next week! It is now another Friday and I have to wait for my Dr to call in stronger meds...."

"Every single time that I have to come here for anything I regret and procrastinate it. It takes forever to be seen for something that takes less that 10 minutes, there has been more times than not where I'll be at the help desk for several minutes and no one will help. This place is understaffed and extremely slow. You would think that a place that is only open for five hours a day could get it together a little better. I whole heartedly hope that something improves."

"I wish it was a way i could leave no stars! This place is understaffed, most of the time there is little to no wait time. But today was just ridiculous over 10 people was waiting in the waiting area for over an hour. No one came to the desk to help service the next customer and i was only there to get paperwork printed because the lab never posted my lab results to the portal and this actual location in Orangeburg NEVER answer their phone!!!! What’s the purpose of having a telephone at the business if the staff isn’t going to answer the phone? I will not be returning to Lab Corp in Orangeburg."

"Did not have to wait because I scheduled an appointment. Staff was friendly and professional. I have tiny veins and am often hard to get blood from. Lab tech got it on first try and didn’t hurt at all! RELIEF!!"
