The response was immediate and within 24 hours the problem was fixed at a very reasonable rate. I then requested an estimate for a new system. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Matt patiently explained the options to me, including the tax credits for two of the options. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive system. Scheduling happened soon after I made my selection. The service technicians (John and Ben) were on time, very pleasant, and courteous. John took the time to provide instructions before they left. They took the old system away, and left a clean work site. I wasn’t asked for payment until the job was done. I was highly, highly satisfied with every aspect of this service and based on my experience would enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone."

"We absolutely love Beaufort Heating and Air! We have been using them since we moved back here in 2018 for any repairs and maintenance. Burt is our favorite! He is always on time and very professional. Our air went out on a Sunday, I called and left a message and he called back within 15 minutes said he'd be there shortly and within 30 minutes he had diagnosed the issue was back on Tuesday and had us up and running again in no time! He's our go to guy and we are so very pleased with the service he provides! You can't go wrong with this company!"

"I came home to a non~working a/c on a midday Friday, I called Beaufort Air and was told they would have someone there between two certain times later that day, Mr. Burt called me within a couple of hrs to verify the time of his arrival (he was already on his way) and asked me what kind of issues I was having, I briefly explained to him what was happening. Burt arrived a short time later diagnosed the issue explained to me what the problem was, he had it up and running in a short time , he explained to me that he was able to get me by with a loner part and he would return with a new part the falling week (had to be ordered), he called me when he said he would the following week and all is complete now.
