"I wouldn't send a street walking, homeless tom cat to get blood work from here. When I went to get my labs, the automatic computer system did a set up for me to have my labs, as a walk-in. There was no one in the lobby waiting room nor was there anyone in the parking lot. They refused to do my labs despite the sign on the door saying walk-in are welcome. When I questioned the large blonde haird staff as to why they couldn't see me, she handed me a leaflet and said that there were no open spot avaliable. In a snobby tone, she told me to follow the instructions on the leaflet to schedule an appointment. They deserve less than 1 start for customer service"
