I will travel to Augusta Parkway to 7 Beauty Mart or Esquire hair store on Tabacco Road anytime. This location can keep their items, bad customer service, and unwelcoming business practices. Let this store keep their items."
"I bought a shampoo from this store at 1:44pm on a Thursday for an elderly family member. Exactly 30 minutes later I returned to exchange the shampoo and was told that I could not do so because they could not resale due to the possible addition of water. This would imply that I took the time to open the shampoo, add water, and re-seal the product within 30minutes of purchase. If anyone opened the product, it was the store clerk. This is unacceptable as the policy posted says that non-returnable items include wearable products. Although there is a nice selection of hair products, I will never recommend this store or return to make further purchases. If you are looking for quality service that is fair, please look for another store in the Augusta area."
