"Its never a good day when your AC system goes out - let alone TWO systems in a retail store. We're a NC based business and many contractors we have relationships with could not work in GA. We were encouraged when other HVAC companies we knew all told us to call Webb. They were dead on. Webb was very responsive to our initial call. "Scheduled for service at 9:00. They were a no show so I called to confirm the 9:00 appointment. The ditsy receptionist informed me that my stop had been accidentally scheduled for an afternoon appointment. I took off work and now losing out on wages due to their lack of professionalism. We have been without HVAC since being struck by lightning back in July. I do believe that this is a huge priority as I explained to said ditsy receptionist. This error on their part will probably result in loss of a huge sale for a new unit. As I've been told that the 7 year old HVAC unit is probably fried from the lightning. Oh well!"
