"I was having an issue with my sewer pipe in my front yard. I made a call to a company that I had used once before. They came out, and could not confidently inform me of where the exact issue was located. They were unable to answer my questions about the repairs. The person they sent out to verify, guessed that the issue was in the pipe under the road, and the repairs would be close to $30,000. Needless to say, I did not feel very confident in their guesswork. Advantage Plumbing was recommended to me, and I gave them a call later on a Friday afternoon. I spoke with the office and explained the situation. Mr. Mitchell was at my home within the hour. He quickly and confidently diagnosed the problem area, and was able to show me where he found the issue. It was going to take some work to repair, and he was booked through the next week. He informed me of this straight away, and did what he could to get it to a point that we could use the water in the house until he was able to get back and do the repair. He told me when he planned to get back to do the work. The very next week he called me and informed me when he would come and do the repair. He came when he stated he was going to, and did the repair in a timely manner. I am grateful his company was recommended to me. "Dale with Advantage Plumbing was our plumber for five years, before we moved out of state. We HIGHLY recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs! We used him to replace our entire water line from the street to our home. He is very professional, qualified, quick to respond, and truly cares about his customers.
