"Three stars is grading on a curve. No one at front desk for more than five minutes and then all the charm of the DVM. No, that’s not fair. Most DVM people in past fifteen years have been much more pleasant. The person who did the MRI was nicer but that didn’t take much. The place has a rundown feel. All in, my experience was not to be compared with some very positive experiences at other Bon Secours locations including the main downtown facility."

"Don't bother, had an appointment on their books for three months. Called ahead twice to confirm the appointment and provide insurance information. I called them to check again, and was on hold for 15 mins before being hung up on. Called back and they informed me that they canceled the appointment and could not reschedule until weeks out. I wouldn't chance jeopardizing your health to deal with them."

"The ultrasound tech Megan was wonderful. I'm thankful she was the one to take care of me HOWEVER the machines they use are EXTREMELY outdated just like the office. It's clear the only thing that this is about is money."

"Front desk has no care for patients and how badly they need their appointments to get help from conditions that cause pain. The office from the outside looks abandoned and I guess the staff likes that so they don't have to help anyone. This was the absolute WORST I have ever been treated trying to get help for cervical spine issues. I work in the medical field and would NEVER belittle a patient and assume I know how they feel. The world needs more kindness and you won't get it from this facility."
