"The brunette employee was extremely rude and lacked fundemental interpersonal skills needed when in the customer service field of work. She was sitting down, helping another customer when I walked in. Pretty much just yelled asking what am i here for and sign in if I didn't have an appointment as if she is too good/above, standing up and greeting a customer. it was a very off putting tone and attitude as if i was interrupting the business and was not a welcoming feeling at all. I was hesitant about continuing to shop there after that initial unwelcoming feeling, but i signed in and decided to wait to be seen to give the store a chance since it was my first visit. then about 2 minutes later i saw 2 elderly women, 1 with a cane, walking up the steps to the entrance of Feet Fleet, so i opened the door for them out of respect and common courtesy. They were also greeted very rudely by the same brunette employee, who was still sitting down helping the same customer. The 2 elderly women were probably hard of hearing due to their age, which led to a slight miscommunication between them and employee, about the boxes of shoes they brought in for a return or an exchange, until the employee yelled at them "WHAT ARE YOU HERE FOR?!" at that point i had to leave because i will not support a business with someone who behaves in such a manner. disrespecting elders and treating customers as if they are bothering or inconvenience to them with a snobby entitled spoiled child attitude is downright not acceptable. Im sure you wouldn't treat your grandparents in such a manner. Maybe if your rude employee is reading this, how about remember you should treat people the way you want to be treated and have respect for others. I will try shopping at the other location of Feet fleet but i will never return to the Forest drive location again!"
