"Very bad experience with them! I took my clothes when I picked them up they had dog hair on them and smelled very bad ( I do not have pets so they were not that way when I dropped them off) so I had to take them back they said they would re-clean them when I went to go pick them up again it looks like they had done nothing to them same dog hair on them and same smell asked to speak to a manager or if a manager can call me but never got a phone call from him. I heard him in the background saying he is very busy and couldn’t talk to me. They finally got the smell out after a third attempt but I will definitely not be returning to this location."

"Have used them for years but lately the customer service has been awful. Last time I walk-in the store with another customer, the man at the counter said “it’s starting again”. When I asked to count the shirts before I drop them off he said do what ever you want. Bad attitude also the time before. I think the ownership has changed hands."

"My clothes were damaged due to a pin that was left in another customer's clothes. I was told that Andrew would call me to make arrangements for replacing my damaged Polo shirts. It's been 3 weeks and still no call from them on resolving the issue. I made several attempts to call Andrew but I still have not heard from him. This is by far the worse customer service that I have ever experienced with a cleaners. I will never use their services again."
