"It was pretty busy when I went. I tried calling to make an appointment, but no one answered. I left my number so they could call me back, like the answering machine said, no one did. I walked in at a decent time and still waited an hour to get my pre employment drug screening. Autumn did my drug screening and she made me feel very comfortable and was super helpful. I appreciate her service."

"Pretty rough customer service. The lady that checked me in was the same who did my urine drug screen. When I asked approximately how long it takes for results to come back, I was told “we can’t discuss results with you”. I said I’m not asking for results, I’m asking for an approximate time for when the results from my specimen would be available, she again said “I’m sorry, we can’t discuss your results with you”. I’ve been to many labcorp locations and have never had service like this or been told this. She was not very friendly throughout the entire encounter. Not sure why. Only good thing was that I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will not be back to this location."

"I am not sure why these reviews are so low??? I went to have routine bloodwork done and the staff was super fast and was able to draw my blood with one stick. My results were in my chart the following morning and my appointment was the previous afternoon. I would go here for bloodwork always."
