"Terrible and unprofessional experience taking my 7 year old here for an MRI. The technician was in a hurry and did not take her time explaining anything to us and not taking the time to cover his ears and his eyes, I had to slow her down and insist she take these measures (which by the way, are STANDARD at any real MRI facility) and he was frightened the whole time. Then she was unprofessional following the procedure guilting him about moving and that hopefully the images would suffice. The office staff were rude and unbothered, the only person that was kind there was the office manager who addressed my concerns with empathy. Also, this place does not give you an option to pay a partial bill online and you can not speak with anyone in their office about billing because they outsource it all. Your only option is to pay in full otherwise they send it to collections. So you guessed it, they sent my 7 year olds name to collections after non payment for 30 days. I will never use this facility or recommend it to family and friends."

"I had a ultrasound today 10/24 and I had the most excellent experience with my tech. She was awesome."

"When an order for an MRI was called in by our doctor, they said they didn't have any openings for weeks. We called and explained the importance of having this MRI due to an upcoming surgery on a cranial tumor. The surgeon needed to see if it had grown. The staff was in no way accommodating or caring to our request. I know this is one of the only MRI options in the area, but avoid at all costs."

"The staff was nice, the facility was clean; however as to most drs offices you have a grace period of at least 10 minutes. I got held up in road construction was 10 minutes late and tried to call. Still had to reschedule. They start seeing patients at 7 am but the phone lines don't open til 8 30 am."

"The office was easy to find and very clean inside. The front office staff was friendly. They have complimentary snacks and drinks. The imaging technician was gentle putting my IV, and made me feel comfortable during the test. I don't like the attitude of the woman in billing. I have called several times since it had been a week and my doctor still hasn't received the results. She will cut you off when you speak."
