"We dropped off curtains to be cleaned. They kept them for a month with constant delays. We were told the second time we attempted to pick them up that they didn't know if they could get them clean but would try and not charge if unsuccessful. Why not tell us that when we dropped them off? Anyway, we finally go to pick them up and they are not clean. We then get the run around for another week about payment (owner will call you, etc.). We finally paid so our curtains wouldn't be held hostage anymore. Now we have to figure something else out a month later. Ugh."
