"Good company for the first part of the project. The rest not so much. I had a water valve break Nov. 19. They were very responsive in removing the cabinets and other things to make sure the water got dried up. They made sure they checked daily for progress on the mitigation. However, when it comes time to get your project put back together, they are very slow to respond. Jefferson in particular doesn’t seem to have a lot of urgency in returning phone calls to his customers. I asked him to call me Friday, today is Tuesday, and I got a call back and today he finally had the idea to talk to my insurance adjuster. I told him his services are needed any longer. I would recommend them to fix the issue that caused your loss to begin with but when it comes time to get your house put back together, and work with the insurance company, forget it."

"I had an emergency with the floors buckling in the kitchen. I couldn't figure out where the water was coming from. My insurance called Premier Construction and Restoration. Premier sent Christian Hunter within 2 hours. He was very punctual, respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. He assessed the damage and found the leak. He stabilized the area. Then he walked me through the process of restoration with much patience, answering all of my questions! The next morning, he arrived with Terry Brown and Scott Brown. The three of them went right to work boxing up my kitchen dishes and other items with great care so that they would not break! Then they removed all the damaged areas, taking care to not hurt any other areas, and cleaning up as they went. Terry and Scott were also very professional, kind, respectful, and hardworking! Christian, Terry, and Scott, went above and beyond to make sure everything was done well! They did a SUPERIOR job! I highly recommend PREMIER CONSTRUCTION AND RESTORATION! I have additional information about Premier. The other people at Premier have continued to provide SUPERIOR service, too! Tracie, who answers the phone, is very sweet and caring! When I felt overwhelmed, she encouraged me over the phone and again in an email, letting me know that I was in good hands with the team at Premier and that they would take care of me. And she was right! They did take care of me! First of all, Wendi effectively communicated with the insurance company for me. She made sure that everything was done properly and with the approval of the insurance before proceeding with the work. She explained the issues involved in the work to them. I don't know what I would have done without her! I am thankful for her expertise and efficiency! Next, John and Troy were very diligent, hard-working, professional, and friendly! They called ahead of time to let me know when they were coming. They went to work right away checking the moisture level, keeping a detailed record of the equipment and keeping a record of the results! If I had any questions, they answered them thoroughly and professionally! They did an EXCELLENT job! I am so THANKFUL for the whole team! I highly recommend PREMIER CONSTRUCTION AND RESTORATION!"
