"When you're a smaller company, one person will wear many hats, as all of us in the office do. Will patiently reminded us over a few months that our contract was coming up, and our product was so outdated, it is no longer being manufactured. He wrote up the numbers; more than once. We signed the new contract w/hours to spare. Our install was scheduled for within 5 biz days of signing. Our technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly...AND EARLY! We GREATLY appreciate all of the time taken to explain the ins-and-outs and will continue with DocuSystems services for the foreseeable future!"
"I am a business owner of many businesses. I asked the business owner of this business to call me and he could not do it himself. We signed a lease that we were told was 2 years and we can cancel anytime. There is so much fine print it is 5 years later and we are still getting charged and locked in a contract! We have had constant issues with the machine, even with the warranty our cost kept rising and still constant issues. They claim to save you money and they don’t. We have another location with an HP laser, the cost of the printer and lasted is only 10% what we paid for this and we print a lot.. We are also charged for every small thing. I asked them to pick up the machine and they are still charging us without a machine even! This business is the biggest fraud I have seen. My staff and I will continue to let other small businesses see how they operate."
"I normally don’t like to leave a bad review since I’m a small business as well. We have leased a nice copier for 5 years and in find print they automatically renewed for a year without even consulting with us. The copier worked good but Salisbury Business Machines offered a better deal, but Docu Systems don’t want to let us out the lease that we paid perfect for 5 years because we didn’t notify them 3 months in advance. When we signed the lease they never mentioned nor did the reach out before time. I spoke to a Jenna Cassidy and she said tuff luck basically. She didn’t even try to help. I would never use these guys again."
"I have been working with DocuSystems for our printer/copier needs for a year now (my company has been with them for two years). Our rep, Stephen, is always responsive, professional, friendly and helpful whether how to's with the printer or business issues. Never an attitude or an issue - the guy to call. The tech support is unequalled to any other company I have ever worked with. Randy has always made himself available in a timely manner to help whether on site or from a distance. We use an awesome product, which is heaven to work with, but is sometimes over my head in its capabilities. I KNOW that Stephen, Randy and the IT team have our backs - and not just the big things, but the "little" things too. As a company, DocuSystems has their process down and has some great people working with and representing them. I highly recommend DocuSystems."

We have had many issues and never felt satisfied with the service we were receiving until we switched to DocuSystems and in particular, Stephen Clinch. Stephen is helpful, extremely responsive, and honest. We no longer dread asking for help or addressing questions with our copier because we know Stephen will take care of us. The rest of the company has been great to work with also, but Stephen has really gone above and beyond for us.
