Only 4 stars due to one clause in the contract notating a possible increase after 90 days. I understand rate increase at 6 months or one year. But, after 90 days - the potential of a 20-30 dollar increase was not pleasing to hear. Places further out offer lower rates. Nonetheless I like my unit, the facility in general, and the staff."

"Nice, clean storage facility facility. Kept my stuff in there for 2 years and never had an issue. Frank was always nice when I called to pay my bill. They do increase rent by $10-15 every 6 months (which most places do, I guess). But overall, good spot!"
