"Most staff are kind, but it takes a while to get someone to come when patient needs changing or other assistance. It’s VERY hard to get anyone to answer the phone, and even when they say they will call you back, they don’t. Food is okay. Facility is old and needs updating…especially carpet and windows. Even though family washes her gowns (and there is a note to that effect in the room), in 5 months 10 gowns have “disappeared”! Staff generally wears gloves, but I’ve not ever seen anybody use hand sanitizer or wash their hands, before or after patient care."

"It has not been a good experience I’m constantly asking what is going on with my mother. She has bed sores from not being turned enough. She was barely being washed until I said something. When we first arrived nobody came and spoke with me. I had to request to speak with someone to find out what the plan is for my mother while she’s there. Seriously considering moving her but she too weak for that"
