"Having been to several Pilates studios prior to moving to the Clemson area. I can honestly say I have never met a more knowledgeable instructor than Penny. She is constantly moving between students, helping to adjust forms and offering encouragement. Her studio has all the equipment you could want for Pilates classes - reformers, cadillac, chair, ladder, balls, boxes, etc…. I suggest calling to scheduling an intro class - as she does offer flexibility. For the group classes - Penny provides modifications so anyone from novice to advanced can join. And for an added bonus everyone in the classes are supportive, friendly and a joy to be with."
