"RUNNN!!!... When I was first hired it was lovely... No workplace is perfect but here at Barnwell PruittHealth has so many cons. All of them start and end with management. Always understaffed. Management makes a full schedule but it is full of people who don't work there. Just send it to cooperate so it can look good. Management hounds workers to work shifts they don't work and refuse to give incentive pay saying “cooperate discontinued it” but it's in the policy. They don't add over time as they should be it turns out to be pennies on the dollar. Management also retaliates when others for speaking up for yourself and come up with ideas to make the work environment a better and safer place for the workers and residents. Very stressful work environment, people have to walk on eggshells because you never know when someone will get retaliated against. The only thing management cares about is keeping five stars but does not do anything but stir drama. There is no open door policy they will inform the person you have a problem with that you told on them about something.B"
