"I mean, when you get desperate it's there so I'm grateful. But the staff rarely knows what they're talking about. When I pawn guns I have to make sure I talk to the guy with long hair because he has the knowledge to know what he's looking at. If the shorter female is behind the counter she just throws out whatever lowball number she feels like that day. I've brought the same gun in 4 times and every time she tells me a different number. I also brought in a PS5 once and they had 6 of them sitting on the shelf. The cashier told me she can't give me a lot because they never sell. She said they sit on them for months and nobody wants them anymore. Came in 3 days later and all 6 were sold and I guess she didn't remember the conversation because she kept telling me "Yeah we love them they never sit long and we always make money on them." So, overall 3 stars because they've helped me when I get into a bind, but you get wildly different results based on who you talk to and how they're feeling that day."

"Extremely rude, refused to sell me a weapon because they “saw me give another one to someone in parking lot before” I gladly invited them to come look in my safe at home or I could bring it to the store to prove i had it. I asked to see the video they were referring to and was told they couldn’t find it I then asked for a manager and was given a run around. Called multiple times finally got to talk to.someone who claimed they were a manager. Extremely rude and hung up on me. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase firearms check out east side pawn in Cowpens. Great people and have definitely gained my business over these clowns"
