"I came to get my middle nail fixed on my left hand bc my nail salon is closed until Tuesday. The nail is crooked & bulky. Compare my right hand to my left,..Their energy is stiff and crude. Even though it hurt for him to slide the nail off, he made no efforts to be gentle. Then he cured my nail for 2 minutes and I never knew acrylic needed to be cured… it doesn’t!! And it burned horribly. I had to stop and blow on my nail for a while before he offered the fan. We didn’t speak the entire time and he rushed the process. My nail is irritated now. I’m sitting in their parking lot as I type this."
