"I was debating whether or not to leave a review but decided to. I went to get my nails done and the nail polish started peeling right as I got home. I called and told them and they asked me to come back so I could get them fixed, but when I got there they said they were too busy. I went back in the morning and the whole time they made me feel guilty that they had started peeling like it was my fault. I asked to have all the polish removed because it still smelled like monomer and I was worried they would all start to peel. They did re-do my nails for free and she was nice, but they wouldn’t let me pick out the new color. She kept telling me it had to be easy, I ended up saying dark purple was fine but it wasn’t “easy enough” and I ended up with pastel nails which is not my vibe. On top of that I felt like I was rushed out of there and the nails didn’t look great. I won’t be going back. If you’re charging people a high fee to get their nails done and you mess up you should try to do better the next time to keep a customer."

"Most beautiful nail spa that I’ve been to, the inside is immaculate and the little touches matter like how they offer you water and a weighted hot neck wrap (not sure what’s it’s actually called). They have a VIP room and offer massages."
