"First things first there needs to knowledgeable people working. There were people like myself waiting for assistance, while three young ladies walked around giggling as though there were customers needing help. I had to say excuse me can I get some help, after waiting several minutes!!! Then one of the girls had the audacity to mumble something smart about me asking for my refund! Poor customer service!!!!"
