"The service here sucks!! They act as if they don’t understand English when I gave specific instructions on how I wanted my nails and even showed them a picture! $125 down the drain and to top it off I was there for almost 3 hours and had a wedding to be to!!!!!!!! I won’t be back!"

"Called ahead to make sure they weren’t busy. I was told to come in at 3 o’clock arrived promptly at 3 o’clock and asked for a French manicure to have my nails removed and a new set with dip. Not acrylic after the guy filed my nails for 20 minutes, I asked him if he was going to soak my nails off. He said he didn’t need to …I know from past experience you can’t do a fill in on the French because you’ll see all the lines where they filed through the clear part of the acrylic on a French manicure and if I were doing a solid color, it wouldn’t of been a big deal. He seemed annoyed by this, put my nails in acetone and then had me sit there for 40 minutes , after 40 minutes I got it and wash my hands off and left because while I was sitting there with my nails melting in acetone for 40 minutes, he proceeded to wait on someone else and had his assistant wait on a walk-in who had just come in and left me sitting there soaking, so no I do not recommend this place not even a little.."

"This was my second time, after having an equally horrible experience the first time. I walked into this business, two employees looked up, no one welcomed me with so much as a hello. I sat and watched as the nail professional closest to me was extremely warm and social with the 2 customers that she was engaged with. Another customer walked into the location, and this same employee greeted her warmly with a “hello, how may I help you, pls pick out your color etc.” I walked over and greeted this same employee with a hello & asked about being serviced. The employee was cold & dismissive. She continued this abrasive, agitated, dismissive behavior, even ignored my requested shaping, instead giving me the shaping that I refused, and over filed, which left my nail beds raw & hurting . She then informed me that my service would be $80, because of the specified length. I knew that I would pay more than the normal price, $10 more not $25 more as the length was not long at all. This was my 2nd experience with this business. Just as the impression that I was left with the first time, they aren’t worth the time or money. I purposely exhibited extra kindness to see if the reception would be different. It was worse. I do not recommend this business. Horrible customer service & horrible nail service."

"Great job on my pink and white nails! They stay busy so I would recommend an appointment, but I've never waited more than 30 minutes when I have had to wait. I like Michelle for my nails and waxing!"
