La Doña Nail Bar

"I was a first time customer this afternoon. I went in for a pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure was amazing. I asked her while she was doing my toes if she had time to do a gel manicure as well. She ssid yes. She proceeded to soak off my polish while finishing my pedicure, then passed me off to another, older woman. I don’t think this woman has ever done nails before. She completely destroyed my nails. Pushed off the gel polish before it was ready to come off resulting in taking off a layer of my nails, she nicked me in the electric file machine, and proceeded to paint my nails and it looks like a toddler did it. I shouldn’t have paid but I did. What this woman did to my nails criminal. She shouldn’t be doing them if she doesn’t know how. If they would have told me they didn’t have time, I would have been fine with the pedicure and given them five stars."

"i went in for a new set to fix what a different nail salon messed up, the nail tech told me no and that she would just make them thicker but all 10 nails are extremely lumpy and uneven. i asked for the design with the stars but with a different color background and got whatever these were and was told that they would look better if they were all different sizes. i didn’t realize how awful they were until after i had paid and was in the car. my nail tech was so nice but i’ve never been more disappointed with a set of nails. i don’t even want to go back to get them fixed and would rather cut my losses and fix them myself or find another place"
