"We had a phenomenal shopping experience at this store. It’s been challenging finding clothing for my hard-to-fit teenage son and the staff at Dumas made it easy. Lachlan Medley was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he help us find the perfect outfit (including an amazing deal from the sales section), but he also put a rush job on the tailoring as we needed it asap. We will definitely be back as Lachlan made shopping fun and enjoyable. Even my son agreed… and that’s saying a lot!"

"This was my first and last time visiting this store. I came in and the staff or “greeters” were standing at the door and hardly wanted to greet you which was fine. However, I asked the saleswoman for a size which she mentioned was out of stock but then proceeded to say “I’m sorry but we do not have that size in the shoes that are on sale.” I’m a 27 year old pharmacist, perhaps I appeared to need a sale, but I did not request for one neither do I stand in need of one. Her remark was unnecessary and inappropriate. This is the holiday season and you are unaware of the state of mind individuals are in, whether it’s suicidal thoughts, depression, etc. Therefore, please be mindful of the remarks you make. Better yet, proper customer service etiquette training may be needed."
