Today was my first appointment with her at Crescent Care and I had an amazing experience. No wait time, friendly staff, clean facilities/exam rooms and most importantly, my pup is healthy and happy thanks to Dr. Yager!"

"Always prompt polite and informative But the prices are outrageous Always making you feel that you have to have such and such test etc Of course the next one is most expensive Kind of a guilt trip. The more tests the more the individual vet gets paid. They have minimal salary then plus productivity. Just be aware"

"My 2 dogs finally got neutered today at 6 years old. (Littermates) They were starting to become more aggressive towards each other and so hopefully this calms them down among other health benefits. The staff were amazing and comforting to my dogs. I received a call mid day after the surgery with an update on their condition. All went well and I feel so grateful that the doctors and staff are competent and kind. I highly recommend Crescent Care Veterinary Clinic in Mount Pleasant. They’re the best!"

"Crescent Care may do dental cleanings on your pet but they do not have the capability of doing dental xrays. This causes a lack of standard care for your pet. Many dental problems can't be seen by the visible eye. I went there for weeks because my lil dog had eating problems and stopped playing with her ball. They told me her teeth looked great. I was concerned with her possibly having an abscess or jaw problems. They were dismissive of this but prescribed an antiobiotic and steroid. The antiobiotic was in case she had an abscess. Of course, if she had an abscess this would only be a temporary fix. Abscess teeth have to be pulled. After going there for weeks with no good results, I asked about doing dental xrays and was told they don't have that capability. I, myself, was shocked. They can't take care of your pet's dental needs. I had to go to another vet who could do the necessary xrays. My dog had an abscessed tooth, dental root problems and too many teeth in her mouth. She also had an infection in her jaw from TMJ. She had to have 9 teeth pulled. She is now on pain meds and antiobiotics for 20 days due to the infection. This just shows you that dental problems are not always visible to the eye. The vets were quite nice but they should have told me upfront that they couldn't verify my dog's dental needs and I needed to see another vet for dental xrays to check her teeth and jaw. In my opinion, they shouldn't even be doing dental cleanings if they can't do the necessary xrays. It truly makes no sense to me."
