"Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. When I got to the window...a young immature worker proceeded to tell me to come inside that they were just too busy... what a bunch of idiots this was after she took everyone in front of us."
"I had a really good experience at this Minute Clinic when I had the flu in December. They got me seen quickly and efficiently, tested me and prescribed medication. They also suggested that I get an infusion IV since I was pretty dehydrated. I felt like the NP cared about my well-being and worked with me to feel better."
"Just adding yet another 0 star review to this awful pharmacy. Doc called in an oral suspension RX at 6:30pm. Jennifer Thomas, the pharmacist would not fill the prescription because they close at 7pm. I show up and the gates are already shuttered several minutes prior to closing time. Incredibly rude and insensitive. Sheer laziness. Avoid this place like the plague."
"Paige the Manager of the pharmacy treated my daughter, a college student at c of c horribly. My daughters prescription for a sinus infection was due by 9pm 11/10. My daughter goes to pick it up on 11/11 after walking 18 min from her dorm to the store since she has no car, and Paige tells her that her prescription still isn’t ready. My daughter asks if she could wait and Paige said no, that she had no idea when it would be ready. I called Paige after and confronted her about why she didn’t offer for my daughter to wait. I asked her to put herself in a mothers shoes of a c of c college student who is sick and has no car. Then she says well she can have it filled at a different CVS. I said how?! She has no car, is sick and on foot. I said I might as well transfer my prescription to Walgreens. She said “okay yes transfer your prescription to Walgreens”. So I did and it was done in less then an hour and the Walgreens is closer to my daughters dorm and they were so much nicer. Paige should be fired. She was beyond rude and insensitive to my sick daughter and rude to me. Just look at all the other reviews on this location CVS Corporate."
