"I hate self check out service. I purchase an item in a lock case. The cashier read my mind. I was walking to the self check out. The cashier who gave me the item out the lock case said I will help you. I was so happy for her kindness."
"i just want to take a moment to say this pharmacy has the absolute rudest staff members i have ever encountered. they are consistently out of medication my doctor calls in. today they informed me 5 hours after getting the prescription sent in that they do not have it in stock. i asked if they knew when it would arrive if they ordered it “no ma’am i can’t predict the future”. you couldn’t just say no sorry we don’t have an eta? i then asked if they could check other cvs locations to see if they had it in stock. “no you just need to call down the list yourself”. i start calling and 2nd cvs doesn’t have it. they said they CAN check med counts and gave me another location to call. lol. the third location doesn’t have it but says i can call other pharmacies that aren’t cvs and cvs can transfer it over if the others have it in stock. walgreens has it, super sweet and answers phone immediately. i call my original cvs location back asking them to transfer it- her response “oh so now you don’t want it filled here?” “no ma’am since you don’t have it in stock. can you please transfer it to walgreens at this location?”. cvs staff “no we don’t do that. you need to call them and they call us”. i politely ask “are you sure? another cvs along with walgreens told me you could transfer it?” her response “ma’am i’ve been doing this for 20 years call them back and they can call me.” btw..not even close to the first time i’ve experienced this. her tone and condescension is unmatched. don’t fill your meds here. these people are legitimately malicious and unhelpful."
"I can’t get my stupid oral chemo meds from CVS. I am 95% bedridden. I made a huge sacrifice to drive to the pharmacy to get my oral chemo meds since CVS refused to deliver them. (Yes, I pay for CarePass every month.) When I arrived at the pharmacy yesterday, the drive through was randomly closed. The line had 15 people in it. Your store is inaccessible to me as a sick/disabled person. I’m pretty sure CVS is breaking the law by violating the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). As an added bonus, I often wait on hold for 30-60 minutes when I call the pharmacy. Shame on you CVS for treating your customers and employees so horribly."
"You call in for a prescription and you can't get it until the next day that's if they haven't ready then it's not a problem with the work staff because those people work really hard I've watched them they're going 100 miles an hour so apparently they need more staff the staff is great there what few there are I give the staff a five"
"This CVS looks like it’s in a perpetual restock hell, as if minutes ago there was a 99% off flash sale and we are seeing the aftermath. I feel for these hardworking employees. What a mess."
