"While I generally enjoy the services, they have financial practices that can be harmful to you. Beware Sharing your debit/credit card information in their booking system. I would go so far as to tell you to use a prepaid visa gift card to book and pay for services to prevent the experience I had. I had a change in service and although the booking staff was notified before service completion and checkout, I was charged for the wrong service. The change was made after booking so while it is understandable what happened next is not. I was charged for both services. While a refund was initiated for the first, I did not authorize the double charge and management felt leaving me a voicemail somehow entitled them to be able to charge me a second time without my permission. When I logged into my account it reflected as if I had paid for and booked 2 services at once and been charged for both. They had no regard for if funds were available to cover a double charge or if it would cause me issues with my bank or other bills coming out of my account. When I asked what the business would have done if my accounts had been over drafted because of this the response was well I refunded your first charge. Banks don't automatically refund because you put it in your business system. The two charges are complete but the refund is still pending. As far as my account is concerned, that money isn't back yet and it should have never gone missing. Before I called, I emailed and was told that booking didn't know of the change until after I left which not only was untrue, but it still wouldn't justify an unauthorized second charge. If I can't trust you to not do harm to me financially with no regard for the harm that could be done to me we don't need to do business. Make sure you have the confirm your booking and charges before you leave and make them give you a receipt. And what's worse, this wasn't the first time I had an issue with them involving the booking system and incorrect charges applied to a credit/debit card. But it will be the last."
"So glad my usual nail salon didn’t have an appointment time that worked for me! That led me to this gem! From the moment I drove into the parking lot (super easy parking in the back) until I checked out, I had exemplary service. On my way in to The Nail Barre I ran into an employee in the parking lot. She was so pleasant and spoke immediately as we passed each other. Then I was greeted by a very kind receptionist who was so very helpful and offered me a drink right away. Esther was my technician. She’s a 10 all day long! My least favorite part of a pedicure at my old salon was the leg/foot massage. Esther’s technique felt so good on my tired legs and feet. She took such great care in all aspects of my pedicure. I highly recommend the jelly pedicure and the heel treatment! I will never have another pedicure again without the jelly treatment. It was amazing. I can’t wait to make an appointment and go back."
"The receptionist was super sweet and personable. This was my first time getting a spray tan (trial for my wedding), and Lois, the esthetician, was SO KIND and so informative of the process. She made sure the experience was comfortable and kept checking throughout the process to make sure I was okay. Highly recommend!"
"I loved my appointment at The Nail Barre! Meagan was very friendly and ensured I was happy with my nail shape and color. She was very detailed and I am so happy with the outcome. Can’t wait to come back in November!"
"This place is HORRIBLE!!. I am very upset that I ignored all the red flags. It started when I noticed there was a cockroach leg in the dip powder. As the service continued I had to keep telling the lady to fix the obvious. She ignored me, and continued to do my nails. My nails didn’t even last 4 hours before they fell from my fingers. I called to state my issue, and they said that I could come in and get a free set when it was just as bad as the first. THEN MANAGED TO CONTACT MY BANK TO TAKE THE MONEY THEY SAID I “OWED” FOR THE SECOND SET."
