"HIGHLY dissatisfied with my experience yesterday and today. Yesterday I made a 2 clock appointment to get my nails filled. There were only 3 people working and a party of 4, plus me and another lady waiting. No worries, I understand making an appointment does not mean that you are guaranteed that time, so I wait over 30 minutes to sit. The dude proceeded to do my nails, he didn’t drill my cuticles or clean them up any, it’s hard to tell in the pictures but the apex is so flat it’s hardly there, and the polish is so thick it looked terrible. He filed some sides of my nails down so much, my nail looks crooked as hell and it wasn’t like that at all when I went in and the polish wasn’t even all the way on the nail. They checked my nails and said they were dry, then as I went to pay and get my card out, the polish smeared all over and messed up 2 nails. Sat down again for them to redo it. The pic in the car was literally as soon as I got in the car to leave. I work 12 hour days, so my mom called up there for me to get an apt for today on my lunch. Even when I came in, I showed one of the ladies there how it wasn’t drying properly and I think they accidentally used gel polish because I could still put indents in the polish. I was in there for an hour and 45 minutes, 45 minutes was drying time alone. I asked him to please drill off the rest of the green polish (what I had on before that he didn’t take off the day before) and to file the other side of the middle and ring fingers especially to even out the crookedness. Didn’t do it and said it was good when clearly not. I also am a very non confrontational and probably by this post you can’t tell, but I really don’t complain and am very understanding of workers in the service industry, but when I ask very nicely about something then you roll eyes or catch attitude, then start talking to the other employees in your native language, that’s just not nice. I let my nails dry and they say I am good to go. When I get back to work, I discover that the same problem was happening with the polish because either they are putting it on too thick and not letting it dry between coats or it was gel polish and wasn’t cured with a UV. I loved M and M nails and have recommended it to so many people (reference photo to the pink nails which is my favorite set ever and it was done by someone there). However, yeah I’m never coming back and I’ll be calling tomorrow about a refund because y’all messed my nails up so bad I’m probably gonna have to get a full set somewhere else. Oh and I was getting these done for my birthday so I guess I’ll buy myself the present of getting them redone. Again."

The technician was incredibly skilled and paid such close attention to every little detail. She took such good care of my feet, making sure they were pampered to perfection. The quality of the products they used was top-notch, leaving my feet feeling refreshed and looking their absolute best. Overall, my experience at M+M Nail Salon was beyond exceptional. The friendly and inviting staff, coupled with the spotless facility, created such a positive and unforgettable visit. I left feeling rejuvenated, pampered, and am already counting down the days until I can return. I can't recommend this salon enough to anyone in search of an outstanding nail care experience. "Looked all around Irmo and neighboring areas for the highest rated gel applicators, Ly and his team did not disappoint - without an appointment too, lucky me! Ly fixed my existing gel extensions by adjusting it to a more natural shape, shortened as requested, picked a gorgeous 5D/cat eye magnetic color and finished it off with some nail art. They also had me part with a holiday gift which was a sweet surprise. Note: the nail art (only) is a 3/5 due to the precision of the nail art around the edges and the color combo chosen on top of the gorgeous cat eye polish. It could have elevated the final look, overall still a great experience, service and salon. Thanks Ly and the M&M team!"
