"Every. single. Time. I come here. The "caretaker" on site gets on me about something ridiculous. Closing the dryer too loudly. Leaving the washing machine door open after taking my clothes out. Today it was for resting my forearms on the side of a laundry folding table while using my phone-- he said I'm "not allowed on it" as if I were a kid sitting on it or something. I'm so sick of this idiot harassing me for NOTHING, I have never done anything wrong, misused, or mistreated this business it's equipment or it's other customers. Just doing my laundry, minding my own business. I drive 20 minutes from walhalla to use this place-- If this guy bugs me one more time I'm never coming back. They get 2 stars for actually taking credit cards on some machines instead of making me drop 40 quarters down the slot like the ones closer to me."
"Looking at reviews to find a laundry mat near me (like most people do) to use on a permanent basis and this one looks great! Until I see the reviews concerning pet hair. 70% of the population owns pets, just like I do, so it looks as though I'll have to pass by this business and find a more accommodating laundry mat to use instead. Thank you to those who posted about the strange fine over pet hair so I don't waste my time."
"Overall, I had a good experience with the machines I picked working well and my clothes were clean and dry as was the point. I can’t speak to price comparisons as I don’t use laundromats often (been about 15+ years since using one). I will elaborate on impressions/observations that almost made me look elsewhere that seem like they should be able to be easily fixed. 1. When walking in, I was overwhelmed with hand written signs everywhere! It took a bit to try to read them all. To address previous reviews, pet hair doesn’t seem to be an issue anymore. Just no dog beds. 2. I was concerned about whether or not the machines would actually work. Various signage prompted this concern: ‘slam this door’, ‘don’t slam this door’, ‘don’t open this door’, and ‘if door light comes on, don’t open door and call number’. Recommend just fixing the machines so they all work the same. 3. Based on signs, I don’t know the actual name of this place: “Express Laundry Center”, “Coin Laundry”, “Seneca Plaza Coin Laundry”, or “Seneca Express Laundry”? 4. Why is electrical box by vending machine wrapped in tape? Fire hazard? In the end, I would still return based on meeting the purpose needed. This is more of a heads up in case anyone else may have the same concerns."
"We had one load of laundry to do. We used a 20 pound mechine on warm cycle, which cost us $3. They have 20, 30, 40, 55, and 75 pound laundry machines, each with 4 wash types (super, hot, warm, or cold). They do not allow any kind of pet items to be cleaned here, and there is a fee of $5 per machine if you break this rule. They also have a laundry care vending machine which has several types of laundry detergents and fabric softeners available. The driers are nice and big. It's 25¢ per 4 minutes with a 50¢ minimum. For our one load, which included one pair of jeans and most everything else was light, cost us $1 which was 16 minutes. Everything was clean and all the machines looked to be in working order. The machines take both quarters or credit cards."
"Free wifi... clean bathroom.. This is one of the nicest laundromats my husband and I have ever gone to. It is very clean. There are plenty of washers and dryers. Some of the machines offer card pay. They have a vending machine with laundry supplies just in case you don't have any."
