"We entered Walgreens with the intention of dropping off a FedEx package. As we walked in, the FedEx pick-up person entered before me, briefly causing concern that I might miss the deadline for them to collect it for the day. However, the attentive clerk noticed my worry and kindly assisted me. Her professionalism and kindness left a strong impression, and Walgreens is fortunate to have her on their team. Thanks to her help, I efficiently completed my errand, making it a pleasant experience."

"Please send your scripts elsewhere. The store portion of the store is great, but the pharmacy is mediocre at best. And that’s me being nice. The pharmacy staff has no urgency in providing prompt and helpful customer service. I was told most of them are new, and it shows because you don’t see many pharmacists in street clothes behind the counters. I would rather watch paint dry."

"Had an appointment scheduled for flu and Covid vaccine. I arrived and was advised there wasn’t and flu vaccines. They ran out yesterday. I made an appointment. You would think a scheduled appointment would have a vaccine reserved. What’s the point of making an appointment if that’s not the case? It doesn’t help the customer service is bad as well, no empathy soon whatsoever."

"My sons prescription was sent in at 1:30pm, it’s 7pm and they’re telling me it’s still being processed. I had his doctor send it to this one because the location is extremely convenient, but I’d rather drive somewhere out of my way. I’ve never had this long of a wait at other Walgreens."

"Worse experience ever with the pharmacy. The main thing you need after major surgery is your pain medication. When I picked up my wife’s medications they forgot to tell me they were out of the oxycodone, would have been nice if they did. After getting home I called and found that out after waiting 45 minutes on the phone. Simply got a oh I’m sorry. Never shop at St. James again, recommend Walgreen’s on Redbank rd.. Much more professional and understanding."
