"horrible! I purchased a pair of pants on sale. we were in town on vacation They didn’t share with me that they were final sale. they said they were to busy to be bothered to tell every customer. I was there in February. There were 2 customers in the store at the time. They had three people working there. No one told me the sales were final there were a couple of not very distinct signs (in small print )telling you that they were final sale. I work at and anthropologie store and Indianapolis, we have hundreds of people a day coming into the store all year… when we have final sale on sale merchandise ,It is our policy to tell every individual customer at check out. It is a final sale and ask them if they bother to try the item on. I was very upset at their lack of consideration and their laziness to mention this to the customers."

"NOT A GREAT BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!! Visiting on vacation and as soon as we walked in we felt like we were unwanted there. We were casually browsing around, and no one seemed to want to ask us if we needed anything or even a simple greeting. The two women that were working were just carrying on conversation with each other and didn’t give us the time of day. We then got to the checkout counter and the lady checking us out was rude! She threw the card back at us after our transaction and then threw the pen… While we were walking out the door, not a have a nice day or enjoy your day or nothing…. Cute cute store… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"

"Absolutely terrible customer service and shopping experience!! Staff did not acknowledge us once despite being in the store for 20 plus minutes before making a purchase. During checkout, we had a pen and debit card thrown at us. Avoid this place at all cost, there are plenty of other shops on the island would love your business!"

"As others stated, no one greeted me for the entire 30 minutes I was there. It’s definitely catering to people who live here and they could care less if a visitor wants to spend money. I had five dresses in my hand that would’ve totalled $1000 but walked out rather than buy from them. Will buy it online.thumbs Down."

"Super frustrated by this store yesterday. My husband and I went in ready to spend some money - they had a lot of brands that I enjoy: Wooden Ships, Charleston Shoe Co, etc. We walked in and were not greeted by anyone at all. A woman was behind the register leaning on the counter scrolling through her phone and didn’t look up once to greet us or even acknowlegde that we had been walking around for 10 minutes. Another woman walked in and the woman behind the counter made a remark asking if it was getting “touristy out there.” If you don’t want tourists shopping in your store, maybe don’t put your store in one of the most touristy places on the island. But honestly, who cares if there’s tourists in your store... you should be happy with anyone coming in and spending money. We were in the boutique for about 20 minutes before leaving without making a purchase, never once checked on or asked if we needed help. Customer service here is seriously lacking and we took our business elsewhere that had similar items."
