"Store is very nice and has everything you could need, but getting someone to help you is another story. By far the worst customer experience. I was looking at buying a very nice high end rifle and couldn’t get someone to even open the case so I could look at it. They all just said idk where the key is at. And then after 30min I finally found someone who could open it. I witnessed another customer ask two different employees for help finding ammo because he didn’t have his glasses with him and both employees said the same thing to him “ if it’s not on the shelf then we don’t have it” when clearly I could hear him ask from across the store for help because he eyesight was bad. But they didn’t want to help him what’s so ever. But overall they will have what you need but you have to find everything yourself and have to go out of your way to get help to look at any gun. I’d rather spend more money and buy a gun from somewhere that actually wants to sell me one. These guys working here could care a less about helping you or selling you anything. They all acted like they didn’t want to be there. Palmetto needs to get in this store and do some serious customer support training with these guys."
