"I went there to get my jacket dry clean. The lady told me it would be 9.88 and I can pick it up in 2 days. I came back they couldn't find my jacket for about 20 minutes. Then when they found my jacket; they charged me 17 dollar's and some change. Her excuse was the manager set the prices after she told me it would be 9.88. On top of that my jay smelled like fish and I had to take it to another dry cleaners. I would never use this cleaners again even if it was free."

"If you have expensive clothes don’t take it there. I don’t know how this place got such a high review ratings but I had a bad experience. Stuff is nice but their knowledge about dry cleaning is minor! When I came back to pick up my wool coat and corduroy jacket the first time, all the stains stayed exactly how it was. Lady offered me to clean it again so I agreed . Second time I came to pick up my coats I checked the stained , it were gone , so I paid 40$ and left. But when I take clothes dry clean , usually , it come out looking like new. Unfortunately , this time I ended up with 2 coats looking like it’s been heavily scrubbed in places with stains . Plus it looks like it’s been ironed on top ( which is really bad for both items). So I came home and had to hope that steamer will save my several hundred dollars coat!"

"My daughter purchased a sample wedding dress. It was very, very dirty. I read the reviews of Americlean and decided to take it there. I CAN'T STRESS how glad I did. Dave was great. He took a great deal of time explaining the process of cleaning the dress. I was in no hurry. I wanted some relief to know the dress would come clean. They soaked the dress. It dried. Then it had a final dry cleaning. All along, Dave was professional and friendly. I also met the owner who took a great deal of time with me explaining how a wedding dress is altered.
