"As with a few other reviews, we used them for our business, they didn't clean places they said they would per the contract, called them in a few times for them to look at, yet no matter what never resolved. When we told them we no longer needed their services, they were rude, accused us of lying, said the pictures we sent were a couple weeks after their last service so showed no cleaning for just those weeks and refused to address the issue. Yet the pictures reflected months of dust, splatters on doors and walls, water in a mop pail that was growing things and smelling after a couple of weeks and that clearly have been there a while, cobwebs (which take more than a couple of weeks). I have never had a business respond so accusatory or unprofessional without trying to resolve the problem first."
