"I took my step daughter here to get our nails and toes done for her birthday. The customer service was great, they were very attentive, great atmosphere. I checked the pricing before we got there based on reviews, well they waited to get me in the pedicure chair to tell me there are addtional fees for the cut and shape of your nail, I couldn't believe it. Also, my daughter wanted chrome overlay and that was $40.00 extra as they were putting it on. The cost for 2 pedicures and 2 sets of SHORT nails with the chrome on one set only was $260.00 and I as a courtesy, I left a tip. $280.00 later-I should've got up and walked out when they told me the price, but we were there for her birthday and I didn't want to ruin it for her. I want everyone to be aware of this so you aren't fooled like me."

"I have been going to this salon for three years now. I went on January 22nd for a full set. It was almost $100 and by January 31, a nail fell off. I came on February 3rd to get it replaced and a fill-in. The nails I left with had air bubbles, streaks and the one he repaired had an entirely different shape. He also spilt polish during the service, getting a splotch of black nail polish on an expensive ring my mother gifted me. I called the salon after I reasoned that $60 for a fill in that was that bad was insane. I came in and they “fixed it”. My nails still have sheer marks and the repaired nails still looks horrible. It took an hour and fifteen minutes yesterday and over an hour today. It was a total waste of time, and I’m so sad to say I will not be using the shop I’ve recommended to a dozen or so people over the years. The $100+ long sets I’ve gotten over the years, and the one time I get a plain and short set done, they are completely horrible. The first photo is the “fixed” nail that is very much still horrible. The nail tech was incredibly rough. My nails are incredibly sore from being messed with, and there is nothing they could do to fix these except take them off. I’m just extremely disappointed. They were so nice about fixing them, so I really wanted to give them the opportunity to fix the situation before writing a review, but here I am with botched nails and out almost $160 with nothing to show for it."
