"I’ve gone here off and on and have always thought the prices and work were decent. Today I asked for an SNS polish change, no manicure of anything extra, and was charged $70. I paid it because the work was done but will never go back. If you do go here, ask what they’re doing and what they’re going to charge you for."

"BEWARE!!! I have been a loyal customer of Nails For You for over 10 years and have not had a bad experience until today. Because of my loyalty I received a coupon for a free spa pedicure. When I arrived I immediately showed the tech my coupon to ensure it would be redeemed. While getting my pedicure the manager of the day came and explained that I could upgrade and pay the difference. I politely declined and reiterated that I only wanted the free pedicure today. After some talking among themselves the technician then says “$10 for polish removal” I was confused and said why am I being charged for polish removal. I asked to speak to the manager. He said that they always charge for gel polish removal. Mind you all he did was take the drill and file off the polish. He did not use foil and acetone to remove the polish. I did not go into a pissing match with them, I paid the $10 and will not return. Nails For You - YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER!"

"The experience was great until it was time to pay.. I got the 55$ hot stone pedicure and wasn’t told it was 15$ extra for gel polish. So the total was 70$ and I got an extra color so it was 72$. So before you decide what you’re getting check prices first… me and my bestfriend went together and Kim did her pedicure and she did an amazing job so she’ll be who I look for when I return. The young lady that did mine didn’t use all of the items that Kim did for my bestfriend pedicure."
