"When I came to pick up my rugs after cleaning I was shocked by the price. Getting them cleaned was more expensive than the purchase price of the rugs combined. I had asked for an estimate first and never got one. When I expressed my shock they said I could call the man who cleans them. He was incredibly rude, insisted I never asked for an estimate and that “the rugs were his now.” The dry cleaning company eschewed any responsibility. They said they normally tell customers that he is “pretty pricey” and the charge per square foot but none of that information was given to me. The only call I got was that they were ready. Never any quote for pricing. Not sure how well they were cleaned. They are still rolled up, but there is some stray pet hair hanging out on them. Please save your money and go elsewhere."

"I would give them 10 stars. I had what I thought was a normal request of having a sportcoat, shirt and pants cleaned and pressed within a week that I needed for a conference. They were the ONLY dry cleaner in Bluffton that guaranteed it would be done. They also provided alterations to two pairs of pants that were not needed, but still delivered within 4 days. They even went above and beyond cleaning and pressing them at no charge. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you for the top notch service."
